What if the motorist did not see the license plate or the code number?

Our bumper stickers are bright, bold and reflective. However should this occur, parents can still feel comfortable that by simply displaying the bumper sticker, your teen will most likely driving sensibly.

Will I be able to speak directly with the motorist who has made the report?

No, it is strictly confidential.

How will I know if the motorist calling in a report is not a crank caller?

The questions we ask go into great detail and we require certain information that a crank caller would have difficulty answering. A suspicious report will be forwarded to the parents as such.

How long will it be before I receive a report after the incident?

Once a call has been placed our TeensOnroads representative will generate a report to be sent via your e-mail with in hours of the incident. It would be a good idea that you supply an e-mail address that is not accessible by your teens.

How do I know that this service will work?

While this is a new concept to consumers, it has been very successful in the trucking fleet industries. And if you never receive a report chances are that your teen is driving safely and sensible.

When is my teen's driving indicent a matter for the police?

The first thing that TeenOnRoads say's to the motorist that is calling "If this is an emergency then hang up and dial 111". We here at TeensOnRoads are here to help with the monitoring of your teens driving. We are not here to interfere with the Law enforcement.

What if my teen tries to remove the bumper sticker?

The bumper stickers that we use are Semi Permanent and can only be removed by using a heat gun being a slow process. Hopefull this is enough to detere them from removing it.

What happens if during my membership time I change vehciles?

If you change vechiles we will sell you another bumper sticker at a minimal charge. All other aspects of your membership will not change.

When I become a member when will the service begin?

Once you have become a member TeensOnRoads will send you a welcome pack with your bumper sticker within 5-7 working days. The welcome letter will have your start date on it.
